Concept
Designed and built to participate in Brick Sculpt's Summer Challenge in the category "Realistic Bike Shop". The requested build size in the challenge was 32x16 studs.
The design is a two-story hybrid commercial-residential building with the shop downstairs and an apartment upstairs.
The roof and upper floor can be removed as is usual in modular buildings.
