Concept
Designed and built to participate in Brick Sculpt's Summer Challenge 2025 in the category "Realistic Bike Shop". The requested build size in the challenge was 32x16 studs.
The design is a two-story hybrid commercial-residential building with the shop downstairs and an apartment upstairs.
Parts: ~1100
The roof and upper floor can be removed as is usual in modular buildings.
